What VeloxonHub is
VeloxonHub is a hosted platform for creators, coaches and training teams who sell learning as a business. Its footer calls it "the AI-powered operating system for learning-led businesses" and says you can create, sell, deliver, engage and grow "from one connected home". The site organizes the product into 30 feature domains: courses and LMS, native live telecast, community, coaching, scheduling, product pricing, checkout and payments, memberships, page building, marketing, support and analytics. It is not a builder where you wire together separate services. You make the course, the page that sells it, the checkout and the follow-up in the same workspace, and the member sees one signed-in experience at the end. The pages do not say where the company is based or when it started.
What you build and how
Courses and the LMS. The AI Course Builder drafts outlines, modules and lessons, and the site's three-step launch path puts it plainly: "Go from an outline to a finished course faster." The course side lists lessons, assessments, drip, certificates, SCORM/xAPI packaging, protected media, enrollment rules and learner analytics. Protected media comes with an optional per-viewer forensic watermark add-on. The company also describes organization-level training, covered below. A learner reaches all of it through one member area that holds courses, community, live sessions, purchases, support and connected coaching under your brand and in their language.
Pages, funnels and marketing. The AI Page Builder turns a written brief into a structured page. Around it sit a media library, blog and publishing tools, search and discovery, and a campaign canvas where a page, a form, an email and a push message sit in one flow. The homepage's own example is "Form submit → tag → welcome sequence". The company's comparison pages list forms, funnels, email, SMS and push automation, cart, checkout, coupons and affiliates. The marketing and blog editors include drafting assistance. A feature list also names site search, SEO and analytics.
Selling. Offers can be free, one-time, subscription or payment plans, in multiple currencies, and each buyer sees prices in their local currency based on location. Checkout, product pricing and memberships are feature domains of their own. VeloxonHub sets its platform transaction fee to 0% on every tier. Your payment provider can still charge its own processing fees.
Community and memberships. In answer to "Is VeloxonHub only an LMS?" the site says no, and lists "community, memberships, chat, scheduling, native live, commerce, page building, media delivery, marketing automation, analytics, support, and B2B training tools." That is the reason it sits in the memberships and communities category as well: the community and membership layer shares one customer record with the courses and the checkout, rather than living in a separate app.
Live delivery, coaching and scheduling. The comparison pages describe native telecast production plus recurring events, appointments, host matching, waitlists, capacity, notes and ratings. Coaching and scheduling have their own entries in the product menu. The same pages say live production, booking, the support desk and B2B seats are part of the platform rather than a separate bill.
Automation, support and analytics. The homepage lists analytics, automation rules, creator and student dashboards, a support and knowledge base, and webhooks and integrations. It says support, automation, analytics, notifications, settings and webhooks all work from the same customer record. Email, web push, app push and in-app workflows run from the same contact and engagement context. Support features named on the comparison pages include support SLAs and moderation. No third-party integration is named on the pages, so check the webhooks and integrations feature before you plan around a particular tool.
Training for organizations. For companies buying training for staff, the site lists units, entitlements, automated seats, compliance, certification validity, organization hierarchies and scheduled reports.
Branding, languages and ownership. Custom domains are available across the current plan catalog, and full site branding starts with the Business plan. The site claims 180 languages and 180 currencies. The pages do not mention code export or self-hosting; the portability they describe is SCORM/xAPI packaging.
The evidence from the pages
The homepage publishes three plans in USD. Starter is $49 per month, Growth is $129 per month and Business is $249 per month, with Growth marked as the most popular. Every plan "starts with the connected core", and the site says you scale limits and governance as the audience and team grow. Billing comes in monthly, annual and lifetime options, and lifetime plans start from $2,990 one time. Enterprise is arranged as a custom contract. The pricing line reads "Choose capacity, not a pile of add-ons."
There is no permanent free plan on the pages. The FAQ says the current plan catalog provides a 14-day trial on self-serve plans, usable once per site. The comparison pages carry a "Cancel anytime" line next to "Real human support", "Custom domain" and "0% platform fee". The homepage lists a customer support address.
The site publishes comparison pages against Graphy and EzyCourse, framed as "Neither platform is automatically best". Those pages carry a September 14, 2026 review date and tell readers to confirm competitors' prices at the source. The suggested test is to build the same representative offer in both platforms during the trial. No security certification, compliance standard, customer count or template count appears on the pages we hold.
Who it suits and who it does not
A solo creator or coach with one course and a small community gets the most direct value: one workspace for the course, the sales page, the checkout, the email follow-up and the member area, with no platform cut of sales. A coaching business that mixes recorded lessons with live sessions and booked appointments will find the live and scheduling features built in rather than bolted on. A training company selling to other companies has the organization features: seats, entitlements and certification validity.
It suits a larger team less if the plan depends on a named integration, since the pages name none. The lowest paid plan is $49 per month and there is no free plan, so someone testing an idea for free should plan around the 14-day trial. The product is also a closed, hosted system, and the pages describe SCORM/xAPI packaging as the way out rather than code export. Teams that want to own and host the code will not find that here.
