LearnyBox
Tap a star to rate
LearnyBox is an all-in-one platform for building and selling online courses, aimed at independent creators, coaches and trainers, small and mid-sized companies, and professional training organizations. The company's site, available in French and English, presents it as one place to create your courses, automate your sales funnels, collect payments and run webinars, with everything integrated and nothing to connect. Its pricing FAQ says the customer support team is based at the company's head office in Montpellier, and that support is offered in French.
What you build and how
The product is organized in three groups, and each one maps to something you can build. Under "create", the menu lists a centralized academy, online courses, communities, a website and blog, and a mobile app. Under "market and sell", it lists email marketing, sales funnels, live and replay webinars, affiliate programs and its own payment tool, LearnyPay. Under "manage", it lists invoicing and VAT, learner tracking, a dashboard with KPIs, automations and integrations, and split payments and subscriptions. The point of the layout is that a course is only one piece: the funnel that sells it, the email that follows up and the invoice that closes the sale live in the same account.
The online academy hosts your training videos, quizzes and progress tracking. Plan details on the pricing page add modules released one after another, training documents, custom diplomas, groups and cohorts, SCORM content, and roles for coaches and trainers. Communities let you host and run discussion spaces where you talk with clients and members, and the company's own comparison article describes them as integrated community forums.
Sales funnels are where the landing-page side of LearnyBox lives. The pricing page describes automated funnels with capture pages, sales pages and upsells built by drag and drop, "sans coder" (without coding). The plan lists add A/B tests, pop-ups and payment forms, with unlimited sales and visitors on paid plans. The company blog describes the funnels as "comprehensive drag-and-drop sales funnels featuring native upsells," together with behavior tracking, tagging and automated loops.
Email runs on LearnyMail, the built-in email tool. Its page lists easy email creation, instant sending, automated sequences sent at chosen moments and built-in email templates, for newsletters, sales campaigns and product launches. The pricing page groups email with a CRM: you segment, automate and nurture contacts from one tool, with CRM segments and contact tags counted per plan, a custom sending domain with DKIM, and bulk contact import.
Webinars come in two forms: live sessions you sell from, and automatic evergreen webinars on replay that the pricing page says keep working for you around the clock. Affiliate campaigns let other people promote your courses for a commission.
The mobile app page promises "Votre application mobile pour vos formations sans écrire une seule ligne de code" (your mobile app for your courses without writing a single line of code). Members open their courses from a phone or tablet, view videos, documents, audio, quizzes, polls and assessments, and get instant notifications when new content is published. The app also handles coaching appointments, direct messaging with trainers and profile editing. The pricing page describes it as your own branded app in your colors, and lists a separate LearnyCopilot mobile app on every plan. A website and blog builder sits in the same menu for the public face of your academy.
Payments use the built-in LearnyPay processor or your own accounts. The pricing FAQ names Stripe, PayPal, LearnyPay, GoCardless, Paybox, Braintree, Secure & Pay and Checkout.com, with more depending on the plan, and bank transfer is listed on paid plans. You can manage subscriptions and installment payments and generate invoices automatically, and VAT handling can be set to automatic management by country. Other named integrations include Zapier, Twilio, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, GetResponse, Keap, SG Autorépondeur and MIPS, plus API access.
Plans and pricing
The pricing page lists 4 self-service plans, priced in euros excluding VAT, with annual billing giving 2 months free.
Free costs 0 euros, needs no card and has no time limit. It covers 1 course with 20 learners, 1 sales funnel with 10 pages, 2,000 CRM contacts, 4,000 emails a month, 1 test live webinar, 1 community of 50 members, a website and blog, and 2 GB of storage. Sales are capped at 1,000 euros; the FAQ says you are warned by email near that limit and, after 7 days' notice, the account is suspended until you move to a paid plan. On the free account, payment processors are limited to Stripe and LearnyPay.
Launch costs 39 euros a month, or 390 euros a year, with 10 courses and 100 learners, 10 sales funnels, 7,500 CRM contacts, 75,000 emails a month, 1 live and 1 automatic webinar, 1 community of 1,000 members, the mobile app and 10 GB of storage. Boost, marked popular, costs 89 euros a month, or 890 a year, with unlimited courses, learners and funnels, 15,000 contacts, 180,000 emails a month, 2 live and 3 automatic webinars, 5 communities of 3,000 members, 50 GB of storage and 5 affiliate campaigns. Scale costs 149 euros a month, or 1,490 a year, with 40,000 contacts, 600,000 emails a month, 5 live and 10 automatic webinars, unlimited communities, 100 GB of storage, white label, advanced LMS features and 20 affiliate campaigns. Live webinars run up to 2 hours with 100 or 200 participants on Launch and Boost, and 3 hours with 500 participants on Scale. SSO and SAML appear on the paid plans.
The page promises "0% de commission sur vos ventes" (0% commission on your sales), but the FAQ adds that transaction fees apply when you use the built-in LearnyPay processor; connecting your own Stripe, PayPal or GoCardless account is the alternative. Hosting and support are included. Companies and training organizations get custom LMS licenses with SSO, learner exports and logs, an advanced API, a migration service and a dedicated support team, quoted after a demo.
Support and proof
Support starts on the free plan, with ticket replies within 48 hours (24 hours on Scale). New users are offered a personal video onboarding session, online help and an AI chatbot are available 24/7, and paid subscribers can join free group troubleshooting sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. The support page adds a knowledge base of 500 questions and answers and a sales line open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.
The company says more than 76,000 entrepreneurs use LearnyBox, and that its customers have created more than 91,000 online courses, trained more than 21 million people and generated more than 800 million euros in revenue. Testimonials on the pricing page come from a trainer, Laurence L., who calls it a "Plateforme très complète et d'un bon rapport qualité prix" (a very complete platform with good value for money), and a coach, Estelle C., who says it brings all the tools together and "est vraiment plus agréable et simple qu'ailleurs" (is really more pleasant and simple than elsewhere).
Who it suits and who it does not
LearnyBox suits a coach or trainer who wants to sell courses without stitching together a course host, an email tool, a funnel builder, a webinar tool and a payment processor. The free plan lets a first offer go live and earn up to 1,000 euros before any subscription, and the tiered limits make the upgrade path easy to read. Its company licenses also make it a candidate for training organizations and companies that need SSO, exports and a dedicated support team.
French-speaking sellers get the most from it. The site is offered in French and English, but the pricing page, product pages, testimonials and support are in French. The caveat of the all-in-one design is that you accept LearnyBox's own email, funnel and course editors rather than choosing a separate tool for each job, and that the cheaper plans cap contacts, communities and webinars tightly enough that a growing list will push you up a tier.
