What Job Boardly is
Job Boardly is job board software for people who want to run a niche hiring site without a development project. The company calls it "the all-in-one platform to build, launch, and monetize a professional job board on your own domain". Its no-code page says the platform was designed so that "anyone" can create a fully functional job board without writing a line of code, and it names small business owners, recruiters and niche job board operators as the audience.
The product is specific about what it is. It is job board software rather than a general website or app builder. Every part of it, from the theme builder to the payment options, is organized around running a board that employers pay to post on and candidates search. The site's footer tagline is "Made for the builders of niche job boards".
What you build and how
The setup path the site describes has a few steps: sign up, connect your domain, choose a design, and fill the board with jobs. The company says you can launch "in about an hour". The board runs on your own domain, either yourjobs.com or a subdomain like jobs.yoursite.com. HTTPS is included, the site says it works alongside an existing WordPress site, and the DNS setup needs no cPanel or SSH.
Design happens in a visual editor for logo, colors, fonts and pages, called the Theme Builder. It has a few details that matter to people who like control. You can export the HTML and CSS of a section, edit it, and paste it back. You can add custom code where you want it. The company says this also lets you design with an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT and drop the result into the board.
Filling an empty board is a core problem for any new job site, and Job Boardly offers two tools. The Job Backfiller pulls from what the site calls a licensed database and a pool of "12M+ real jobs", which you filter by keyword, location, industry and category, so the board is never empty at launch. The Job Aggregator is the complement. It imports from specific career pages and ATS feeds that you choose. Both run on usage-based credits. The FAQ says credits cost $0.010 to $0.012 each depending on bundle size, are sold in increments of 1,000 credits (1,000 for $12), and stay valid for 12 months. Using the backfill API is optional, and you can also load jobs yourself with CSV imports on the Standard plan or XML imports on the Pro plan.
Monetization is the other half of the pitch. The site lists per-listing fees, featured listings, packages, employer subscriptions and a candidate paywall. Subscriptions are sold as monthly or annual posting packages, and the site says employer subscription packages are part of the Pro plan. The candidate paywall gates premium listings or the entire board behind a subscription that job seekers pay weekly, monthly or annually. On Pro, candidates can also create profiles and upload a CV, which the site presents as a reason for employers to come back. All of it runs through Stripe, which the company says you connect once, and revenue "lands directly in your account, with no middleman". There is also a revenue calculator on the site that estimates income from the number of subscribers, their monthly price, and the number and price of job posts. The page labels it as an estimate only.
Search visibility is built in rather than bolted on. The site names Google Jobs structured data on every listing, submission through Google's Indexing API, automatic XML sitemaps, and custom meta titles and descriptions. Search pages give you landing pages for the keywords, locations and categories you want to rank for, each with its own URL, title and heading. You can also publish your own llms.txt file for AI assistants, which you write yourself.
For developers and automation, the Pro plan adds a REST API that lets your own tools create, update and publish listings, and signed webhooks that fire when a candidate applies or registers. The product list names the Job Board API alongside the Backfiller, Aggregator and Paywall. The dashboard summarizes active posts, subscriber growth and revenue "at a glance", and the site says 30+ languages are supported, which matters if your board serves more than one market.
The evidence from the pages
The homepage prints two plans, with a monthly and annual toggle that says annual billing saves 33%. Standard costs $50 a month and includes the job board builder, a custom domain, the Job Backfiller and Job Aggregator, job alerts, the paywall, a blog, the Google Indexing API, multi-language support and the CSV importer. Pro costs $100 a month and adds candidate profiles and dashboards, employer profiles and dashboards, employer subscriptions, white label, email scheduling, the XML importer, and the Job Board API with webhooks. The FAQ says the White Label feature on Pro removes all Job Boardly references from the board, so with a custom domain and your own logo and colors the board appears entirely as your brand. Backfill and aggregation credits are billed on top, at the rates above.
On commitment, the FAQ says "No contracts, no lock-ins", that you can cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the billing period, and the pricing section states a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. A live demo can be booked from the homepage.
The company says 1,000+ job boards have been built with the software. The numbers in the dashboard sample on the homepage are labeled "Illustrative figures", so they are not customer results. The customer stories are all Australian boards: Barayamal, a national board for Indigenous job seekers; Construction Jobs Australia, run by a recruitment business for construction, mining and civil roles; and APOD Employment & Volunteering for Defence, veteran and First Responder communities. Robyne Sutton, founder of OT Jobs Australia, writes that she is "not very technical" and found the technical advice "responsive and genuinely helpful", and Paul Broadbridge, CEO of Australian Partners of Defence, says the move took them off an in-house developed employment product.
The legal links list a Data Processing Agreement, a sub-processors page and DSA Compliance. The navigation also links a Wall of Love page, a roadmap, a showcase, a Facebook group, an affiliate program, a help center, a system status page and a contact email.
Who it suits and who it does not
Job Boardly suits a niche operator, a recruiter or a publisher who wants to launch a paid board quickly, with the money going straight into their own Stripe account. The exportable HTML and CSS and the Pro API give a technical founder room to adapt it, and the site says it works next to WordPress. Standard at $50 a month covers a single operator who charges per post or runs a paywall.
It is not the right tool for anyone who needs a board plus a broader website, a community or complex custom workflows, since the product is scoped to job boards. Jobs from the backfill pool cost credits, so a board that leans on heavy imports will have a running cost beyond the subscription. And several features sit on Pro at $100 a month, including employer subscriptions, candidate and employer dashboards, white label, XML imports, the REST API and webhooks, so a board that needs those starts at the higher plan.
