What Job Board Solutions is

Job Board Solutions is job board software built and supported in the UK. Its About page says it helps "recruitment agencies, niche specialists and global brands launch and grow their own job boards", and describes a platform that "pairs enterprise-grade features with the flexibility to make it unmistakably yours". The copyright line names Dev Team Solutions Limited, and the site calls itself "a local UK company".

It is a managed service, not a drag-and-drop toolkit. The About page calls the platform "fully managed software as a service", with the freedom to customize any part of the front end. The homepage pricing line sums up the approach: "Start with a complete job board and scale up to a fully bespoke platform."

What you build and how

You get a working job board with a back office, then shape it. The job management system lets you create, edit, schedule and expire jobs with control over presentation. Candidate management gives a single view of every candidate, their profile and their activity. Application management tracks applications end to end, including vetting before applications reach employers. A dashboard shows live stats and charts on jobs, candidates and applications, and employers get a dashboard of their own. A CV database holds your candidates, and the site says "We never share your candidate data" while employers can search it for suitable applicants. Automated job alerts bring candidates back.

Filling the board is handled through distribution tools. Multi-poster support is built in for Broadbean, Idibu and Logic Melon, so a recruiter can post once and distribute. XML job feeds import and export, and the site names JobG8, What Jobs and AppCast as suppliers, saying it imports over 5 million jobs a day for its clients. You can run as a full aggregator if you want. Google for Jobs structured data and IndexNow instant indexing are built in so jobs surface quickly in search.

The content side is more complete than most job board tools. A CMS page builder lets you build and manage pages with no developer. A blog system supports weekly articles. A banner system adds custom slots to sell advertising space and offer sponsorship to top employers, which is a second revenue line beside job posting. Email templates are customizable and come with full delivery logs. Custom forms can go anywhere on the site and notify you on each submission. An SEO editor lets you fine-tune titles, meta and structured data.

For integration, the site lists Stripe, Mailchimp, HubSpot "and more", plus a token-secured API for anything else. The API is described as "a modern API, secured by token". The site also says to run job boards "in any language, for any location", so multilingual boards are part of the product.

Customization goes past what a visual editor allows. The features page says "Customise any part of the front end" and that "there is nothing we can't do", and lists bespoke design and development as part of the offer. In practice that means you can start from the standard board and work with the vendor for anything that is not configurable. The site does not describe a self-serve visual theme editor.

The About page frames the platform around four traits. It is multilingual and supports all locations, from a focused UK niche board to a global multi-location platform. It comes with a local UK team, which the page contrasts with "an offshore queue". It is configurable to your brand. And it is "built for performance & SEO", described as fast, accessible and search-friendly by default. It also says the software is "reliable, fully managed and always updated", so updates and upkeep are the vendor's job, not yours.

What the end user sees is a branded board with job alerts and CV-based candidate profiles. One case study, Our Bob, is described as "a character-led UK jobs board" with browsing by location and sector and "a candidate-first experience".

The evidence from the pages

Two packages are priced on the homepage, and the site says all prices exclude VAT. Recruitment Site is "A complete, modern job board to get you live and growing" at £99 per month + VAT. Its list includes job and application management, candidate management, job alerts, a full CMS and blog, an SEO editor with Google for Jobs, customizable email templates and UK-based support. Recruiter Plus is "More reach and automation for busy recruitment teams" at £150 per month. The rest of its feature list is not on the pages we reviewed, so check the site for what separates the two. A demo is requested through a "Get a demo" form, and the site promises "No phone calls, no spam".

The case studies give real scale and age. A global niche board for the games industry serves studios and candidates across 4 countries, with 2,000+ studios and employers and 190k+ registered candidates. Jobs in Wales is described as an award-winning regional board "since 1999". Bristol Jobs has served Bristol since 2007 and was modernized on the platform. Other stories cover a medical recruitment agency site that combines brand, news and a job board, a childcare board called Tiny Talent that was spun off from Health Jobs 4u "in record time" by reusing the platform, and a multilingual tech sales board for international vendors.

The company also publishes a blog post titled around AI and job boards in 2026. It argues that structured data matters for AI search and that, under the EU AI Act, AI used in recruitment is treated as high-risk. That is the company's commentary rather than a product claim. The site does not state SOC 2 or ISO certifications, hosting regions or an open-source license.

Who it suits and who it does not

This fits a recruitment agency or a niche operator that wants a mature back office, multi-posting and a CMS in one package, and that would rather have a vendor behind the customization than do it all alone. UK buyers get a UK team and pricing in pounds, and the case studies include several long-running regional boards.

It is a poorer fit for someone who wants to design every page visually by themselves, since the pages emphasize bespoke development rather than a theme editor. The entry-level package is a flat £99 per month before VAT, so a hobby project will feel it. And because the pages do not list candidate, job or user limits per package, ask what each plan includes before choosing.
