What JBoard is

JBoard is job board software for people who want to run a hiring marketplace without writing code. Its site describes a job board website builder as "a platform that lets you create and manage a job board without coding", with job listings, employer dashboards, search and application workflows in one system. The reader it fits is a niche community, association, publisher, recruitment agency or founder who wants a board of their own.

The positioning is specific. JBoard is built for job boards, not as a general site builder. The site puts it this way, "a job board builder is designed specifically for hiring marketplaces, with built-in structure, SEO optimization, and performance", and says that, unlike generic builders, job pages, search, monetization and employer workflows come included with no plugins or workarounds. The live examples show the range: Courier Gigs, a niche board for couriers seeking delivery gigs in the United States; Nuclear Jobs Canada by CNA, an association board connecting professionals with Canadian energy companies; and MyStaffHQ, a staffing agency's recruiting hub for private household roles.

What you build and how

You start from a finished job board rather than a blank canvas. The site says "Start with a complete job board, not a blank page, then customize every page by dragging, no code needed." The editor is a visual drag-and-drop builder with prebuilt job board sections. You rearrange sections, edit content and layout, and the site says the result works across desktop and mobile. A set of job board themes is previewed on the site.

Beyond the job pages, the same builder makes custom pages. The site gives examples of landing pages for employers, pricing or campaigns, SEO pages such as FAQs, locations or resource hubs, and branded pages like About, Contact or Employer pages. That is what makes JBoard usable as a small website as well as a board, since your marketing pages live beside the listings. Global styles let you set how forms, dashboards and shared components look once and apply the change across the whole board.

The data layer is job-board shaped. An AI job backfill feature is meant to make sure you "never show an empty board". The homepage says it fetches listings from 200K+ career sites and imports them daily, with filters for industry, role, location and keywords, and with quality controls that detect and filter duplicates and low-quality jobs. The feature list also names an XML feed importer for pulling jobs from feeds.

On the people side, the site lists applicant tracking and messaging, so you can track applications and message candidates, and a resume database of job-seeker profiles that you can search and sell access to. Resume parsing extracts and indexes resume data for auto-fill and search. Job alerts send personalized alerts to candidates. Employers get a dashboard with built-in analytics, and the feature list includes company pages and custom fields and filters.

Money is built in, and the homepage lists several revenue streams you can mix. Paid job postings carry posting durations and listing limits. Employer packages and subscriptions sell bundles and discounted packages to employers who hire regularly. Upsells add featured jobs, pinned listings and premium employer visibility. Employers can pay for access to the resume database or to the built-in ATS for managing and messaging applicants. Feeds and partner revenue cover XML feeds, CPC partnerships, job wrapping and partner distribution. Payments and billing are listed as built-in Stripe integration with automatic invoicing, tax calculation and coupons.

Discovery is covered by an SEO and Google Jobs feature, a Google for Jobs integration and a built-in blog. The FAQ says the board has an SEO-friendly structure by default, with optimized URLs, structured pages and fast performance.

Hosting is included. The FAQ says every plan has fully managed cloud hosting, and you can use your own custom domain or connect a subdomain such as jobs.yourdomain.com so your main site stays intact. The homepage calls JBoard white-label job board software, with full white-label support on your own domain. For integration, the company provides a Zapier connection that reaches over 8,000 apps, and an API for more advanced cases, with API documentation linked from the footer. The full feature list also names analytics and reporting, content moderation, automated sales tax and single sign-on (SSO).

The evidence from the pages

The company claims 500+ organizations use JBoard to power their job boards, and the FAQ adds 500+ job boards across 38+ countries. The homepage shows 4.9/5 on G2 from 34 reviews and 4.9/5 on Capterra from 107 reviews, which are the company's own figures.

On cost, plan prices sit behind the Pricing link rather than on these pages. What the pages do say is that a 14-day trial is available, that there are "no setup fees on any plan", and that you can cancel from Account Settings, with the subscription staying active until the end of the billing period.

On language and currency, the company says you can translate every visible text on your board into any language and charge customers in any of the 136 currencies it supports, including USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, AUD and JPY. Credit-card processing depends on the countries its payment partners support, but invoice payments and all features still work.

On migration and lock-in, the customer success team will import jobs, employers and job seeker profiles for you if you are coming from other software, and you can export your jobs, employers and job seeker profiles at any time. Support is live chat, help guides and video tutorials, and every plan includes a free onboarding demo call. The footer links a security page, a system status page, a changelog and a feature request page, and questions can go to a support email address.

Customer quotes carry specifics. A growth marketer at Driver61 says "We launched in just a few days and saved months of dev time." A co-founder at JobsInAdtech says "We sold 4 listings in the first week", which covered the first two months of costs. The CMO of IntelyCare credits the SEO foundation for the board becoming "the #1 nursing job board in the U.S." A manager at IMN Enterprises says "We used to pay over $5K/month for custom development." The global recruiting lead at CareerBee says the brand is design-heavy and it was able to "customize everything to match our exact look and feel", and the founder of Jobs For Therapists says the team helped before they had even paid.

Who it suits and who it does not

JBoard suits a niche publisher, association or recruitment agency that wants to launch a branded board fast and earn from employer postings. It also suits a founder who has an audience and wants listings, billing and Google visibility handled by one product. Teams that are leaving custom development, as the IMN quote describes, are the clearest case.

It is a weaker fit if you need a general website or app builder, because the product is organized around jobs, employers and candidates. Customization runs through the drag-and-drop builder, global styles and admin settings on a hosted platform, so you build inside JBoard, with data export, Zapier and the API as the routes out. The cost of running a board is on the separate pricing page, and the 14-day trial is the way to try the builder before paying.
