What BUNDLAR is
BUNDLAR is a no-code augmented reality platform for businesses. The company says it has "all the tools businesses need to create, publish, utilize and measure AR experiences," and describes the platform as a cloud-based AR CMS with an AR editor and a mobile app. The readers it speaks to are operations, training and field-support teams in companies, plus government buyers: its plans are sold to small and medium businesses, large organizations, and civil agencies and the Department of Defense. Its press releases are datelined Chicago, IL. Treat it as an AR tool for work content such as training, service and onboarding, which is how the site positions it, rather than a consumer game maker.
What you build and how
The workflow is 3 words on the page: Create, Add Content, Share. You create a collection of AR experiences in packaged bundles, which is where the name comes from. You drag and drop your content, then design and enhance your assets. You then access the result on mobile devices, test it in preview, publish it live and share it.
The editor is the no-code AR editor inside the CMS. The page says creators drag and drop their content or pull from the media library, then fully customize the experience design and user flow. Supported media includes jpegs, mp4s, pngs, mp3s and 3D models, "and more," so existing images, video, audio and models can be reused. Experiences are published with unique access codes. You can edit an experience after its first deployment, and the company contrasts this with one-off AR solutions.
The distinctive design choice is bundling, which the platform page describes as multiple triggers or experiences packaged together, unlike most 1-1 AR experiences. Many AR experiences are packaged together in the cloud and downloaded to a user's device, so a person can open many related experiences without staying connected or relying on a strong internet signal. Once the content has been downloaded it can be used anywhere, anytime, and the app is described as working even without internet access. The home page includes a customer quote about a use that depends on exactly this: a nanogrid company says the platform keeps working when the grid or cell towers are down after extreme weather.
Experiences are viewed through the BUNDLAR mobile app on iOS and Android, on phones and tablets, and the site stresses that no headset is required. The navigation does list solution pages for AR headsets and XR wearables and for Vuzix app development, so headset work is part of the company's offering, although the platform page itself describes the phone and tablet route.
Measurement is built in. The home page describes an analytics dashboard for learning consumer habits and interests and says the company's API tracks every interaction between a user and every AR experience, so you can optimize performance and measure ROI. Beyond the editor, the navigation names Platform Customizations, Case Studies, a Support area with BUNDLAR University, Release Notes and Contact Support, and solution pages for manufacturing, training, learning and development, medical device, federal defense, field services, and automotive sales and manufacturing.
The use cases shown on the home page are grouped as operations, logistics readiness and field support; equipment installation, service and maintenance; and onboarding, safety protocol, sales enablement and more. The company also says the platform is built to scale, so enterprises can spread it across departments and many use cases.
What the site states
Pricing comes in 3 named tiers, with no dollar amounts published.
- Professional, for small and medium businesses: build unlimited AR experiences, unlimited views for users, 1 GB of media library storage, 2 hours of support per month, and project assistance available.
- Enterprise, for large businesses and organizations: the same unlimited experiences and views, 4 GB of media library storage, 5 hours of support per month, and project assistance available.
- Federal, for civil agencies and the DoD: unlimited experiences and views, custom service plans, Phase III eligibility, and availability on MOTAR.
A Custom Plans section says that if none of the 3 tiers fits, you should contact the company to explore custom solutions. The page offers a Get Started button on each tier and a Live Demo, and does not mention a free plan or a trial.
The company makes a few claims about itself. It says BUNDLAR no-code reduces AR development time by an average of 96%. It says it was granted U.S. Patent No. 12,165,264 B2 for a Decoupled Content Management System for Augmented Reality, and was awarded a $1.9 million AFWERX TACFI by the United States Air Force to enhance Air National Guard operations. These come from its own press items, both datelined Chicago, IL. The home page also says AR powered by BUNDLAR has helped organizations improve the efficiency, safety and effectiveness of their operational processes.
The home page prints 5 testimonials. Lauren Flanagan, co-founder and CEO of Sesame Solar, calls it much more time and cost-effective than traditional training manuals and videos, and explains that her company embeds BUNDLAR in its mobile nanogrids for disaster response: you point your phone at the AR triggers to learn how the solar and green hydrogen power systems work. Ryne Iseminger, co-founder of Freshie, praises the team for bringing the company's packaging alive. Alfonso Pacheco, a senior instructional designer at Microsoft's Worldwide Learning, says the dashboard feels simple and that customer support is extremely helpful. Sandra Matheny of ASSA ABLOY's Decorative Openings calls the team "TOP NOTCH," and Heidi Buffington, director of admissions at SLU Madrid, says the app "works quickly and the quality is great."
Who it suits and who it does not
BUNDLAR suits a company that needs AR for repeatable work content: product training, equipment service, safety procedures, onboarding or sales enablement, delivered to people who may be offline. The bundled model is a good fit for field technicians and for events where signal is unreliable. Marketing teams with packaging or print ideas, as the Freshie quote shows, can use it too. Government buyers get a dedicated Federal tier.
The site publishes no dollar prices; plans start from a Get Started or Contact Us request. Storage is capped per tier at 1 GB or 4 GB of media library, which matters if you plan to host heavy 3D or video. Support hours are fixed at 2 or 5 a month on the 2 public tiers. It is a platform built for organizations rather than a hobby tool for building games, and the pages describe no game logic, scoring or level design.
