What FireAI is
FireAI is a no-code AI business intelligence platform aimed at Indian small and mid-sized businesses, finance teams and the accountants who serve them. An explainer on the company's site names its best fit as "Indian SMBs, Tally users." The site calls it a "no-code AI-powered Causal Decision Intelligence System built for operations-heavy businesses" that "delivers real-time root cause analysis," and a press headline linked from the home page, "Mumbai's FireAI Raises ₹6.2 Crore," places the company in Mumbai. The home page says it is trusted by 200+ founders and businesses, and the FAQ names IRCTC, Raymond, Noise and GeM among more than 200 organizations using it. You can build a dashboard by dragging fields onto a canvas, or by typing a question in plain English or Hindi and letting the platform draw the chart.
What you build and how
The dashboard builder is a drag-and-drop editor. The company says no developer or BI specialist is needed. A dashboard can use more than 20 chart types, including funnel, sankey and heatmap, plus KPI cards, drill-downs and pivot tables. The company's explainer on no-code dashboards describes the flow in 4 steps: connect data through pre-built connectors, drag metrics onto a canvas where the builder suggests chart types by data type, configure filters, date ranges and colors, then publish and share. That page says a dashboard like this typically takes under 30 minutes, and it gives an example of a chartered accountant in Pune who connects Tally for 15 client accounts and builds a financial overview in 20 minutes.
The second route is conversation. The product is marketed under an "Ask FireAI" feature: you type or speak a question in English, Hindi or, by the home page's count, 90+ languages, and get the answer as a chart, table or KPI summary along with the numbers behind it. The home page says its text-to-SQL engine translates the question into a database query with "98% accuracy," which is the company's own figure. A third feature, Causal Chain, is FireAI's root-cause tool: when a metric moves, it traces why across linked KPIs and departments, with statistical validation, to the region, product or segment that drove the change. The pages also describe machine learning for scoring, anomaly detection and forecasting, so the platform can show where demand, revenue or churn is heading and flag risks early. The company says customers report 90% faster decision-making and 80% faster report generation once these signals arrive in real time rather than at month-end, and that 84% of its users are non-technical.
The data layer centers on Tally. Tally is a native connector, so FireAI reads Tally data directly and, per the FAQ, you can ask questions and build live dashboards on it "within a day or two" instead of exporting to Excel and pivoting by hand. The explainer says the connector pulls sales, purchase, receivables and financial data, and other connectors reach databases, Google Sheets, CRMs and cloud apps. The connector count varies by page: the home page says 700+ data sources, the FAQ 250+. Named sources include SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, Amazon, Google Analytics, Meta, Slack, Excel and Google Sheets, plus PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake and BigQuery. The FAQ states that FireAI supports relational databases and tabular formats, that messy field data such as multi-tab Excel, retroactive entries and missing GPS pings is handled, and that GST reports and INR formatting are built in. Its FAQ says there are no restrictions on upload file size, and that FireAI can work with or without a live connection to the data source.
Automation covers alerts and reports. Smart Alerts watch your metrics and notify you by email, WhatsApp or in-app notification when something needs attention, such as a dip in sales or a spike in churn, with thresholds you can tune per territory. The home page says FireAI detects anomalies in under 60 seconds and sends the alert with the root cause already identified. Scheduled reports can go to your inbox or WhatsApp as PDF or Excel on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence. On paid plans you can export charts and dashboards to PDF and PNG and pull the underlying data into Excel. Dashboards are shared with the team under role-based access that carries through from source systems, so each person sees only what they should.
There is also a native iOS and Android app, marketed as "the world's first mobile decision intelligence app for CXOs". The FAQ says it gives CEOs, COOs, CFOs and CIOs voice queries, interactive dashboards and push alerts, and that it can be found on the App Store and Google Play. Use cases on the explainer page include cash flow, receivables and P&L tracking for finance, sales dashboards that update from a CRM or order data with daily run rate and pipeline, an executive dashboard of 10 metrics, and operations views of inventory, supply chain and order fulfillment.
Plans, limits and claims on the pages
The pricing section is in rupees and starts free. The Free plan costs ₹0 and includes 1 user, 50 AI queries a month, 1 GB of cloud storage, 7-day data retention and community support, with no credit card required; the FAQ adds 3 dashboards and says the free version allows querying only on publicly available data. The pricing table shows monthly-billed rates. Professional is ₹3,499 a month with a 7-day free trial, 1 user, 500 AI queries a month, 20 GB of storage, 30-day retention, email support with a 24-hour SLA and PDF or PNG export. Team, marked most popular, is ₹25,299 a month plus ₹6,199 per user per month, with 5 users, 2000 pooled queries plus 500 per user a month, 300 GB of storage, 90-day retention, read-only API access, 90-day audit logs and chat and email support with an 8-hour SLA. Business is ₹57,299 a month plus ₹8,527 per user per month, with 8 users plus on-demand seats, 5000 pooled queries plus 750 per user a month, 1000 GB of storage, 1-year retention, a 99.9% uptime SLA with credits, a full read and write API, white-label embeds, a named CSM with 20 hours of onboarding, and priority support with a 4-hour SLA plus Slack.
The FAQ gives the annual-billing rates: Professional from ₹2,799 per user per month, Team from ₹20,199 a month for 5 users and Business from ₹45,799 a month for 8 users, all excluding GST; the toggle shows 20% off for yearly billing. Payment works by card, UPI, net banking or bank transfer, and Enterprise customers can pay against invoice on NET-30 terms. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Enterprise is custom-priced with volume discounts and covers on-demand users, 5,000+ AI queries (unlimited or negotiated caps), advanced compliance (SOX, GDPR, FINRA), private or bring-your-own LLM options on Azure or AWS, multi-tenancy with isolated environments, on-prem or dedicated VPC deployment, unlimited data retention and 24/7 support with a 1-hour SLA. The no-code explainer page quotes a different figure, ₹4,999 a month with unlimited users, which does not match the pricing table.
On trust, the home page lists GDPR as compliant, ISO 27001 as certified and SOC 2 Type II as in progress, plus RBAC, row-level security, audit logs and India data residency. The FAQ says an assessment by Aegisra Assurance LLP found it GDPR compliant, that data is encrypted at rest and protected with TLS in transit, and that FireAI can run in a process-in-place mode without storing your data. The footer also shows a NASSCOM badge. Press links on the page report funding rounds of ₹6.2 crore and ₹4 crore.
Who it suits and who it does not
FireAI fits a small Indian company that keeps its books in Tally and wants dashboards without hiring a BI developer. It also fits a chartered accountant with many clients, and a founder or CEO who wants an executive view built around a handful of metrics. Asking questions in Hindi or English is a real advantage for teams who do not write SQL. The plan ladder starts free and moves to per-user and per-team pricing, so a solo analyst and a 5-person team each have a clear starting point, and larger organizations can move to on-prem or a dedicated VPC on Enterprise.
There are limits to weigh. The free plan is restricted to public data, retention is 7 days, and 50 AI queries a month is a small allowance. SOC 2 is listed as in progress rather than complete, and the explainer says no-code dashboards cover most reporting needs while highly custom visualizations or statistical models call for coded tools.
