What Uspacy is
Uspacy is a digital workspace that puts communication, teamwork and CRM in one product, with a no-code layer for shaping it to a company's own processes. The home page headline reads "Комунікація, спільна робота та CRM. Все в одному" (communication, collaboration and CRM, all in one), and the company calls Uspacy a single digital workspace for organizing all of a company's work processes. It is built for teams that are tired of hunting for important data and moving it between separate systems: sales, operations and management groups that run deals, tasks and conversations side by side. The site says the product is created "українцями для українців" (by Ukrainians for Ukrainians) and runs on a .ua domain, and its pages are written in Ukrainian.
Building with Uspacy
Uspacy is a CRM first and a builder second, and the no-code platform is what earns it the second label. The product is organized into areas, and the site names them: CRM, AI features, Tasks, Communication Center, Analytics, Automation, Company and People, Apps, the No Code platform, Integrations, Migration, Schedule, Security, Marketing and a version history. The home page sums up the main features as modern team communication, control over task execution, multi-funnels in deals, Smart Objects, security and confidentiality, support and personalization.
CRM and deals. The CRM area is described as a way to organize relationships with clients from the very first step through to repeat sales. The home page lists multi-funnels in deals among its main features, so one company can run more than one sales pipeline side by side. A free online session on key CRM scenarios for B2B was announced on the home page, which shows the sales use the company has in mind.
Tasks, cases and schedule. Teamwork is built around tasks and keeping control of their execution. A separate area called Cases (Справи) lets each person plan their work, watch deadlines and raise team productivity. A Schedule area sits in the same product family, so planning and execution live next to the client records they relate to.
Communication and people. The Communication Center lets staff talk to colleagues and clients through modern digital communication channels. A Company and People area aims at transparency through team interaction tools, and an Analytics area collects, analyzes and visualizes key metrics for forecasting and planning.
Smart Objects. This is the core of the no-code offer. If the entities and scenarios that already exist in Uspacy are not enough, users create their own Smart Objects, each with a configurable set of parameters. The company's examples are a warehouse, projects, car models or makes, and reference directories of technical information. The no-code page says Smart Objects give unlimited room to extend Uspacy's functions, the kind of extension that large, complex products would envy, in the company's own boast. They are meant for processes that do not fit the standard modules. The same page says the no-code tools let you create your own entities, set up fields, structure data and build working scenarios without complex development.
Automation. The no-code page names Conditional Actions as the main automation tool. You set the conditions, and when they are met Uspacy performs defined actions in entities and tools automatically, which the company says minimizes manual intervention by users. The same page describes webhooks that signal third-party services about events that happen in your workspace, and stresses that this, like the conditional actions, is set up with a no-code approach, without specialist knowledge and without filing requests with developers. The point, in the company's words, is to make processes faster, more consistent and less dependent on manual steps.
Open API, integrations and apps. The home page says the platform is built on an open API, which lets you integrate Uspacy with other services and create solutions that extend its capabilities, and it links to the Uspacy API from every page. An open API section invites teams to add integrations and build new functions. Apps for mobile and desktop are offered for installation. The site also has Integrations and Migration areas, and its FAQ covers whether you can migrate from other CRM systems, whether there is a mobile app, whether Uspacy is a CRM system and whether it can be configured for your business.
The company's own summary of the design is that Uspacy's value lies in one environment. CRM, tasks, cases, communication and analytics complement the no-code features, so a team works with its configured scenarios from idea to result, and the platform can be adapted to a business quickly without spending extra time and resources.
What the pages state
Getting started and price. Every page carries a Start for free (Почати безкоштовно) button, the navigation has a Pricing page, and the FAQ asks whether Uspacy is really free. The company argues that one product saves money on separate online subscriptions and their upkeep, because the service handles on its own what used to need several products, each paid for separately.
Scale and recognition. The home page says more than 2,500 companies from around the world use Uspacy every day. It also says Uspacy won the People's Choice category of the Startup Awards 2023 from the Ukrainian Startup Fund.
Data protection. The company says Uspacy complies with Ukraine's law on personal data protection and with GDPR, which it calls the strictest European legislation, and that it collects, processes and stores data so you need not worry about the confidentiality of what you entrust to it. The footer links to a DPA and a page about its use of AI, and Security is one of the product areas.
Rollout, support and partners. The navigation carries Implementation and Support entries, success stories, breakdowns by industry and by role, product comparisons and a public product roadmap; the company says Uspacy is growing and developing fast and invites you to follow its plans. A partner program invites partners to bring in new clients, advise and train users, sell Uspacy and earn on implementation. The company blog publishes long reads on topics such as automating the creation and sending of invoices, acts and contracts, and delegating tasks so that a business owner is not the bottleneck.
Who it suits and who it does not
Uspacy suits a company that wants CRM, tasks and conversations in one place and needs the odd custom record type, such as a stock list, a project register or a vehicle catalog, without a developer. Multi-funnel deals and conditional actions cover a sales team that runs several pipelines and wants routine steps automated. A partner or implementer can also build a business around it through the partner program, and a team with a developer gets an open API for anything the no-code layer does not reach.
There are caveats. The site and its materials are in Ukrainian, which matters for a team that works in English. And Uspacy is a workspace with a no-code layer rather than a general app builder: its Smart Objects and automations shape the internal workspace, and the site describes no public websites or customer-facing apps built on it.
