What FlexCRM is
FlexCRM is a cloud service for customer management and business process improvement, made by G.FLEX Inc. of Hiroshima, Japan. Its pages describe it as a low-cost, high-function platform for replacing spreadsheet-based management, scattered customer data and slow internal reporting with one system your own staff can configure. It is for companies that want to build their own customer and operations tools without developers: the home page promises that anyone can improve their work, at any time, easily. The site is written in Japanese for a Japanese reader.
What you build and how
The home page frames FlexCRM as a cloud service where the main functions are packaged together, with 3 basic functions, 5 functions that support them and 3 more that extend the platform.
The 3 basic functions. Customer management lets you set up a customer database "easily and freely." Sales support builds a sales force automation setup aimed at reaching targets. Customer support covers support work. Between them, they make this a CRM and SFA product first.
The 5 supporting functions. Marketing covers campaigns to attract customers. Business management makes processes visible and tracks deadlines. Workflow handles internal approvals, which the page says it makes more efficient and accurate. Groupware is built in, with shared schedules and shared files. Reporting lets you create graphs and tables simply.
The 3 builder functions. These are the ones that make FlexCRM a builder rather than a fixed CRM. An original database function lets you create tables with no programming. An external integration function provides interfaces to other systems. A views function offers several ways to display the same data: tables, process maps and cards, each chosen to fit the use.
Underneath the feature list is the company's main design claim: you combine as many functions as you need to make your own system, and you can build your own database and workflows with ease. The company states that more than 80% of customers configure it themselves. The interface is described as designed for ease of use, so a first-time user can work without reading a manual.
Templates. The first thing on the home page is a pitch to start easily with templates that are ready for work immediately, and there is a section on templates by industry. A recent post on the company's how-to blog shows the kind of thing a team builds: a setup that switches discount rates by membership rank and calculates them automatically with one button.
Contact center edition. A separate dedicated service, FlexCRM Contact Center, specializes in what a contact center needs, such as FAQ search and CTI (computer telephony) integration. One partner connection, a voice AI summary tool called QuickSummary from AI Square, is limited to the contact center edition.
Devices and access control. It is multi-device: you can log in from a PC, smartphone or tablet, including outside the office. Access restrictions and view and edit permissions can be set in detail, so you control which information each person sees. The company also publishes a free official app.
Integration. The site says FlexCRM has interfaces for connecting to outside systems. With an API or webhooks, for example, you can link it to the core business system you already use, and it can connect to email, calendars and CTI. A partner list names the following connections. PHONE APPLI PEOPLE links business card information. 応対力 from オプトエスピー provides incoming call pop-ups. GMO Trust Login from GMO GlobalSign and ID Entrance from Canon IT Solutions provide single sign-on. CPaaS NOW from Nexway provides SMS. Mail Dealer from Rakus and Re:lation from Ingage provide email. MailPublisher from Emberpoint provides newsletters. CLOUD PAPER from SIC System links quotes and invoices.
Plans, claims and track record
Company. The company page lists G.FLEX Inc., headquartered at Fukuromachi in Naka-ku, Hiroshima, established in September 2000, with capital of 47,117,545 yen. Its business is IT service planning and consulting, system development and maintenance, and developing and selling cloud applications and IT products.
Trial and getting started. The home page offers a 90-day free trial, a downloadable pamphlet, a request form for materials and consultation, and a page walking through the steps to adoption. It also recruits sales partners for FlexCRM. An article on the company's media site describes FlexCRM as a business app specialized in customer management that supports efficient sales work, with centralized customer information, sales process automation and data analysis, and says users with low IT skills can handle it easily. The same article lists paid plans from 1,200 yen per user per month.
Security. The home page lists multi-factor authentication against unauthorized access, per-user permission settings, IP address restrictions, and WAF and hash-based measures, and says an enterprise plan with its own network environment exists for large user and data volumes. A release note dated September 9, 2026 says the IP restriction now accepts subnet specification, and a notice the following day announces server maintenance for the multi-tenant server environment. The site lists an ISO27001 registration (number IS162) and an ISO27017 registration (number CLS023). The ISO27017 scope covers FlexCRM's cloud security as a service provider and the company's use of AWS as a customer. The ISO27001 scope on the page covers G.FLEX's IT services and development along with its building management work, so read it as the company's registration rather than a product-only audit.
Customers. 4 customer voices appear on the home page. Prime Assistance says the biggest point was being able to create and configure its own tables and business formats without specialist knowledge, in the original 専門知識が無くてもテーブルや業務フォーマットを自社で作成設定ができたことが最大のポイントです. Nippon Television says it cut costs and improved efficiency in call center work, easily and cheaply. Nihon Housing says centralized sales management cut 1,000 hours of work a year and is advancing company-wide digital transformation. Bayshia Denki says linking repair requests and inquiries to purchase data in one place shortened response times. These are the company's chosen customer stories.
A stated limit. The company's media article, which compares no-code platforms, lists FlexCRM's weak point as few links to other business apps, while the home page lists the partner integrations above. Both statements are on the company's own pages.
Who it suits and who it does not
FlexCRM suits teams who work in Japanese and want to move customer lists, sales tracking and approvals off spreadsheets. The 90-day trial is long enough to build a real table, view and workflow before paying, and the self-configuration claim means a sales manager or operations lead can do the setup. Call centers have a dedicated edition with FAQ search and CTI. The listed security measures and ISO registrations help a team that handles personal data.
The caveats are language and breadth. The site and its materials are in Japanese. The company's own article calls out limited integrations with other business apps, so a team that depends on a long list of global SaaS tools should test each connection during the trial.
