What ConvertSite is
ConvertSite is a no-code builder for interactive calculators, quote forms and configurators, aimed at service businesses, freelancers and sales teams that price work by hand and want the website to do it instead. Its pages use the shorthand "Convert_" for the product, and an older page still calls it ConvertCalculator. It sits mainly in the calculator category, but it also builds multi-step forms, lead-generation quizzes and small standalone sites, so a reader arriving from a forms list or a website-builder list lands on the same product. The company's tagline is "Your website should quote, qualify, and book for you."
What you build and how
The editor is a visual UI builder. The company says it is paired with FormulaScript, a programming language underneath the builder that "handles even the most complicated business or pricing models". The idea is that you describe your pricing rules in a formula layer without writing application code, so the finished calculator reflects your real price list rather than a simplified one. The company says the builder "supports all Excel-functions", so a spreadsheet model can be rebuilt as a web calculator form, and it claims this makes ConvertSite "the most powerful online calculator builder", which is its own marketing line, not an independent verdict. A typical example on the site is a mortgage calculator where a visitor changes the down payment or loan term and watches the monthly payment move.
You start from a template or from scratch. Templates come "complete with functional formulas and flows", so you adapt a working calculator instead of assembling inputs one by one. Examples on the home page include a cleaning estimate, a compound interest calculator, a pool configurator, an incentive quiz, a FIRE calculator, a solar lead-generation funnel, a screen-printing quote and a wedding price quote. The home page says the builder supports over 32 question, layout, element and result types, "from inputs to layered images". The use-case index on the company's pages gives a sense of the range: custom calculators, multi-step form builders, marketing automation, invoicing software, booking forms, configure-price-quote, e-commerce estimate makers, finance calculators, interactive calculators, lead capture, lead generation, quizzes, mini applications and quote builders.
Forms are a real part of the product, not an afterthought. Multi-step forms split a long questionnaire into pages, and the company says they "bring in 2x more leads". Form branching logic uses show and hide rules so a form turns into a "mini app", with later questions depending on earlier answers. Dynamic pricing adjusts a price in real time "based on user input or location". Lead capture happens when visitors interact with calculators and assess their own needs, and the same pages describe lead nurturing and a quoting-and-ordering flow for turning that interest into a sale.
Publishing comes in two forms. An embed goes into a site you already have: the company states that "Embeds, like quote forms, calculators and configurators, work your existing website, including ones not built with ConvertSite". You use a plugin or paste one line of code. The other route is a standalone site, which, in the company's words, "run on their own domain", and its pages describe landing pages and websites for lead generation, price quoting and product configuration. Choose an embed when you want a calculator inside a site you already run, and a standalone page when the calculator is the whole offer.
For data, a table can "organize and filter your data", or act "as a no-code database to load in hundreds of images", and a company blog post says you can import data into tables and pull data from external points automatically. Results can be shown as tables, charts (lines, bars, areas or pies), gauges and progress bars, or layered product images. On connections, the home page promises built-in integrations "from CRM platforms to payment" and "over 1000+ apps using Zapier". The footer names the integrations: HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Stripe, Google Maps, Snipcart, Trello, text messages, webhooks and a Connect API. It also lists platforms the embed is documented for, including WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Framer, Elementor, GoDaddy, Notion, Leadpages, Instapage, Unbounce and HubSpot. For developers there are JS API docs, and the footer of the newer site lists an MCP connection for Codex and Claude. A lead who completes a calculator is saved "to your CRM and additional business tools", and an analytics and tracking suite plus "interaction insights" show where leads drop out of a form. Design goes further than colors: a blog post says calculators take custom fonts, colors, HTML and CSS, with a steeper learning curve for that level of styling.
The company also offers to build for you. Its use-case page says "Let us build for you for free", and the home page describes a Concierge Service: "We can build your calculator, and afterwards you can always make changes yourself." That is useful if the pricing model is intricate and you would rather hand over the spreadsheet than learn the formula layer.
What the pages say about cost, results and scale
On cost, the company's pitch is against custom development. Its pages say you used to pay developers for this kind of calculator, and that "if you needed a complex calculator custom built, you're talking 1000s of dollars and weeks of work". It says its "affordable plans" keep costs down, and that "you can even get started for free, no credit card needed". The company's blog spells out the model. It describes a "free forever plan" that gives "access to all platinum features" until a calculator reaches 100 monthly visits, after which you choose one of four paid plans: hobby, pro, premium and platinum. The same post lists "Unlimited users for any payment plan" among the pros. The home and use-case pages print no monthly prices; the only figure in dollars is for the Concierge Service, which "starts at just $250". Live onboarding sessions and a 30-minute demo are offered too.
The company makes several claims about results, all of them its own. It says interactive content generates "2x more conversions than static content". A customer quote credited to Stephan Knight, Director at JSJ Smart Homes, reads "We were spending 3-7 days to price and quote a project. With our lead funnel, it's completely automated." Another quote reads "Demand-based pricing & real-time availability booking is the holy grail. Convert_ is crazy powerful." The company adds that customers using ConvertSite "have cut quoting costs by 97%", "Doubled bookings" and "Taken their first real vacations". The home page says its users "have saved over 40 hours per week on quoting alone", that it is "Loved by 1,000+ businesses around the world", and shows a 4.9 rating on Capterra. The same pages credit interactive calculators with "52% more engagement than static content", and a quote from a therapy business reports "a 30% increase in conversions". These are marketing claims with no methodology shown, so read them as the company's description of its best cases.
One passage is more candid than most vendor copy. The company says that many interactive content builders claim an embedded calculator will improve search rankings, calls that "false", and states that calculators for websites do not directly improve SEO. Its argument for calculators rests on engagement, leads and quotes instead. The site also says search engines fully index its calculators, embedded or standalone. The footer names the legal entity as Stay Bold B.V. and links a data processing agreement.
Who it suits and who it does not
ConvertSite suits a business whose price depends on several inputs and that currently quotes by email or spreadsheet: a contractor, an installer, an agency, a booking-based service or a financial adviser. It also fits freelancers and agencies that build calculators for clients, since an embed works on a client site even when that site was not built with ConvertSite. A founder who needs one quote funnel and a landing page can run both from the same account, and a marketing team can use the quiz and lead-generation forms to collect qualified leads.
It is a poorer match for someone who needs a general application builder, a customer portal or a content-heavy website. The standalone sites are described as lead, quote and configuration pages, not full multi-page marketing sites with blogs and stores. FormulaScript is the company's own calculation engine, so your pricing logic lives in ConvertSite's format. Complex pricing also takes time to model correctly, which is why the build-it-for-you service exists. And the free plan is sized for testing: at 100 monthly visits a live calculator moves onto one of the paid plans.
