What it is
Calclet is an AI-powered, no-code calculator builder for websites. Its FAQ puts it plainly: "You simply describe the calculator you need in plain English, and our AI will generate a fully functional, embeddable interactive calculator for your website in seconds." It is written for founders, marketers and agencies who want a pricing estimator, an ROI tool or a quote wizard on a page without hiring a front-end developer.
The pages do not say where the company is based. The site's navigation includes Features, Blog, Free Tools and Sign In, and the blog header carries a Beta tag.
What you build and how
The build flow has 3 steps on the home page. In "Prompt & Generate" you describe the calculator, for example "A cost comparison calculator with sliders, a rush delivery checkbox, and show monthly vs. annual pricing." In "Customize & Enhance" you "fine-tune fields with drag-and-drop" and add conditional logic, extra output lines, wizard steps, custom CSS and your brand colors and logo. In "Embed & Convert" you grab the embed code, put it on your site and gate results behind email capture. The company says the first calculator "takes 60 seconds", and its blog says you can embed a result in under 5 minutes.
The FAQ explains that no coding is required: you give a text prompt describing your logic, fields and formulas, and Calclet "handles the complex JavaScript, React state, formatting, and responsive styling automatically." You also do not have to write the math yourself. Describe your business logic and pricing rules in the prompt and "our engine automatically maps out the complex math variables for you."
The feature list on the home page is specific about which plan carries which feature, which is useful because several of the more interesting ones are tagged:
- AI Generation builds the fields, formulas and logic, including sliders, checkboxes, radio buttons and conditional rules. Tagged Pro.
- Multi-Step Wizard splits a complex calculator into guided steps with Next and Back buttons and a progress indicator. Tagged Pro.
- Conditional Logic shows or hides fields based on other field values, so a checked box can reveal extra inputs. Tagged Starter+.
- Multiple Outputs shows 2 to 3 result lines instead of one, such as monthly cost, annual cost and savings side by side. Tagged Pro.
- Custom CSS and styling covers colors, fonts, logos and CSS injection. The FAQ says any paid plan includes custom CSS.
- Lead Capture and Gating puts results behind an email form, and leads flow into a dashboard with full CSV export.
- 1-Click Embeds give an iframe or a script tag for Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace or any custom site. The FAQ also names Shopify.
- Advanced Field Types are number inputs, sliders, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes and static text blocks.
- Pro Templates Library offers feature-rich templates for SaaS, Finance, Construction, Energy and Events.
The home page also lists example calculators by audience: SaaS and growth, agencies and creators, finance and property, e-commerce and retail, paid growth and lifecycle, trades and home services, and ops and teams. Named examples include a SaaS ROI calculator, an MRR to ARR wizard, an LTV to CAC check and a runway months calculator. The site says these are "hosted demos" and that you build your own with your logo, colors and an optional email gate in the dashboard. The FAQ adds mortgage payment estimators, health assessments, conversion trackers and conditional logic tools to the list of things you can build.
For the forms category, the overlap is real but narrow. Calclet describes conditional logic as a way to "build smart, dynamic forms that adapt to each user", and the email gate plus dashboard with CSV export is a lead-capture form wrapped around a calculation. What the pages do not describe is a general form builder: no file upload, no multi-recipient routing, no approvals. Think of it as a calculator that collects an email, not a replacement for a full form tool.
The end user's experience is simple. A visitor lands on a page, changes sliders or picks options, watches the result update, and in a gated calculator enters an email to see the final figure. The company says its calculators output a modern, mobile-responsive design by default.
What the pages say about plans, claims and support
Pricing is the notable choice. The FAQ states: "Starter and Pro are one-time purchases. You pay once for the tier you choose and keep access." Starter includes up to 5 calculators, Pro includes unlimited calculators, "with the same features otherwise." The comparison table on the home page describes the cost shape as a "One-time license (Starter or Pro)" against subscription tools. The pages this entry draws on give no dollar amounts, so check the pricing section on the site for the actual figures.
The pages also contain a small inconsistency a buyer should know about. The FAQ says the plans have the same features otherwise, while the feature list tags AI Generation, Multi-Step Wizard and Multiple Outputs as Pro and Conditional Logic as Starter+. Confirm which features your tier includes before you pay.
Integrations are mostly embed targets rather than data connectors. The pages name Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify for embedding. They do not name CRM integrations; the export route for leads is CSV. The pages say nothing about compliance certifications, hosting regions, code export or self-hosting.
The company's blog compares Calclet with Outgrow and Involve.me and, unsurprisingly, picks Calclet for speed and modern look. The same post says Outgrow suits large enterprise teams that need complex logic and analytics, and Involve.me suits visual quiz funnels. It is the vendor's own opinion, so read it as positioning. The blog also says the AI generates a working calculator in roughly 15 seconds.
Who it suits and who it does not
Calclet suits a founder, marketer or freelancer who wants a lead-generating calculator quickly and prefers describing it to wiring up fields. The one-time Starter tier, with up to 5 calculators, fits a single site or a small set of tools. An agency that builds calculators for many clients has the Pro tier with unlimited calculators and the Pro template library to start from.
It is a lighter fit for teams that need a governed workflow platform, a general survey tool or deep CRM sync, since the pages describe calculators, embeds and a CSV export. The pages do not describe code export, so a developer who wants to own the calculator's source will not find it here. And because the AI features are tagged Pro, a buyer who wants to start with the entry tier should check what Starter includes first.
